Marriage is one of the most significant occasions in a lifetime. My name is Ellen Claire Coorie CMC, please call me Claire. I am a Registered Marriage Celebrant and it gives me great pleasure to assist you with your “big day”!

No two marriage ceremonies are the same. Different venues, guest numbers, bridal party sizes, cultural backgrounds and individual taste are just some of the things that make every marriage ceremony unique.

Legal papers associated with all Marriages do not change. The ‘Notice of Intended Marriage’ form must be completed by both parties to the marriage not more than eighteen months nor less than one month and one day prior to the date of the wedding.

A ‘Declaration’ must also be signed at a pre-wedding meeting by both parties to the marriage declaring there is no legal reason why the marriage cannot take place. As a Celebrant I am able to provide both the ‘Notice of intended Marriage’ and ‘Declaration’ to be signed.
